The terms and conditions below apply to the use of the website, and by placing an order with us you are agreeing to accept them.

Remember that sometimes we may make changes to our service and systems, if this happens we’ll update these terms and conditions so make sure you check them regularly.

By visiting, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the Terms and Conditions. website(s) (our “Site” or “Sites”) and related services are made available to you pursuant to the following Terms and Conditions.  We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of this Site (or any of our other Sites) following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions.

For those persons wishing to use our services, they must read and agree to be bound by our policies relating to those services.  In particular, we draw your attention to our Privacy Policy.  If you are under 18, you must let your parent or guardian know about’s terms and conditions before you register to use this Site or any of this Site’s services.

Please read the Terms and Conditions and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions, then you must immediately stop using the Site.

Our contract with you

When you submit an order using our website we will follow the procedures detailed below:

  • We will take your payment as soon as your card details have been processed or at the time of dispatch.
  • You will receive a confirmation e-mail as an acknowledgement of your order within one hour. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance of your order by us.
  • Acceptance of your order and the formation of the contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will make contact via email as soon as possible.
  • In the unlikely event that we cannot place an order for you, any monies paid will be refunded to you as soon as possible and at the latest within 7 days.
  • In times of high demand timings may change, please refer to ‘Ordering Information’ page for the latest details.
  • You must agree that all information provided when you complete your order is true and accurate and that all credit / debit card details provided through the website are in your own name. Fraudulent use of credit / debit cards will mean that we pass your details to the relevant crime prevention authorities for investigation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time up to the point of dispatch if we discover an error in the pricing displayed.

General terms and conditions

If you require an exchange or refund, all we ask is that you return your items to us, in a perfect condition and with their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

On Sale items we do ask you to return any goods for exchange within 14 days of receipt, as this will ensure you receive your replacement goods at Sale prices. You may exchange any item for an alternative.

Goods to be returned or exchanged can be sent back to us. The cost of the return postage is borne by you.

Cancelling your order

You may request cancellation of your order at any time up to the point we prepare your order for despatch – you can do this by emailing us through our Contact Us page.

Please ensure you provide us with your name, address including postcode, the product ordered and your Order ID from your confirmation e-mail.

We may at our discretion cancel your order up until the point of delivery if we find a pricing issue, believe fraudulent activity has occurred, believe a customer is using a mail forwarding service or an address masking service.

Return and refund policy

Of course, we want you to be satisfied with your product and have the opportunity to open the package and look more closely at the product. If the product is not as you have imagined, you have 14 days to return it.

The right to return or exchange a product does not apply to goods with broken seals / without tags. The right to return or exchange a product also does not apply to certain items due to health or hygiene reasons, such as underwear, pacifiers, baby bottles, breastfeeding inserts, hair accessories. Due to security reasons, the right return or the right to exchange does not apply to mounted prams and child seats (exceptions are made for returns of a breastfeeding bra where you have tried breastfeeding).

Here is how you easily handle your return:

• Tape the package again and pack it carefully.
• Take your package to any courier of your choice or the local post.

NOTE! You are the customer who has the financial responsibility for your return coming to us. Please note the package ID of the package that you ship in return to us and request a receipt.
All returned items should be wrapped and well packaged so that the packaging is not damaged. Return all items with original packaging if possible and the tags must still be attached. You may not tape or paste anything directly on the product’s original packaging.

As soon as your return is processed and approved, you will be refunded to the payment option you specified when purchasing. It may take up to 5 business days for our warehouse to process your return after it has arrived at our warehouse. All item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. reserves the right to refuse the return of items that are communicated outside the specified period.

If you have not received a confirmation email regarding your return, we recommend that you trace the return label on the couriers website.
If you have received a confirmation email regarding your return a refund will be made shortly. It will take 3-5 business days for your money to appear on your account.

PLEASE NOTE: During holiday periods the processing time for your return may exceed 5 business days.

Color Reproduction

We make every effort to reproduce colors on as accurately as possible, however, color displays can be different depending on your computer settings, so exact color matches are not possible. This means that colors of the products you order may differ from what you see on screen. We accept payment via PayPal, Giropay, iDeal, EPS, Sofort and by the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Amex, Mastercard.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery.


This Site is controlled and operated by KNTB GmbH from its office in Vienna, Austria. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the republic Austria, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the the commercial court for Vienna, Austria.


All prices listed on are correct at the time the information is placed, however, we reserve the right to change the price of products at any time and to cancel an order at any time up to the point of delivery. All prices include VAT.

Promotional Offers

Only one promotional offer can be used per order. Promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time.
